am i infected with std?

In 6th July i gave a man unprotected oral sex, he did not gave me oral sex. After that in 8th, I start feeling unwell of my throat, I feel there is sputum stuck inside my throat and I can't spit it out. sometimes feel lose of my breath. I though i just didn't have enough sleep and ate too much fried food. But in 13 July, I feel that there is something in my throat like a bean, I can feel it whenever i swallow saliva...I really scared when i think of what i have done. I consulted a doctor and told him what i have done, he cant make any conclusion if i got std orally, he gave me the doxycycline 100mg for a week.

now I just afraid and wondering:
1 accorfing to my symptem, is that probably I got ( HSV1 2 or HPV warts, gonorrhea, chlamydia )orally?
2 If i was infected with any genital std, does it hurt my throat and respiratory tract area like the symptom i said?
3 If i get any std like (gonorrhea, chlamydia, hsv2) orally, will I have it in genital area too? does the symptom also appear on genital area?
4 I am having doxycycline, will the affect the result if I go for std test now? If yes, when is the good time for me to get std test? what is the window period for std?

I realized some small pimples in the upper cheek of my mouth and 2 pimples like bubble on my uvula....I really afraid they caused by HSV2....but so far no fever.
I read some article the HSV2 may also cause  pharyngitis.

Hi, Vance.
According to my symptom,sore and swollen uvula, keep feeling dry and itchy in throat. I think i am having pharyngitis.
The doxycycline (I have been taking for 3 days) that doctor gave me did not relieve my symptom in my mouth, does doxycycline only work for gonorrhea, chlamydia infection? No help for pharyngitis or URTI?

Oral sex is only what i have done before I get the mouth problem. So, I really guess i am infected from the oral sex just not sure what virus caused that. Could gonorrhea, chlamydia and HSV2 cause pharyngitis? If yes, can doxycycline work for that?

But i can't find out what caused my problem.  I think my throat problem is abnormal. The doctor I consulted said maybe i got infected from oral sex, so just gave me a week doxycycline.
I read other post, u said people can get gonorrhea, chlamydia and HSV orally, what is the symptom for people fet infected? possible like me?

4. Yes, 3 weeks after medication is finished for oral swab of gonorrhea test. Herpes is 3 month blood test.
