anal bleeding

hi, about a week ago I realised that when I use toilet paper to clean my anus it comes on the paper a bit of bright red blood, just a little, like a drop or two, no blood comes out in any other way, and it doesn't always happens, so my question is could it be a std and what stds could cause this?? thank you very much for the help..

Do you have anal sex?
I have never heard of an STD cause anal bleeding if you don't receive anal sex. And even if you did I am not sure if it's an STD.

no anal sex, I am a straight male.. I am thinking it may be just a vein that poped while cleaning.. but since I had unprotected sex last month it is freaking me out.. open to suggestions on what that might be..
