anal massage from parlour

Hi Dr,
i have read many of your replies but i still would like to get a response for my situation

i recently visited a massage parlour where there was
1- nipple licking and biting  both giving and recieving
2- i receives a vigious anal massage, when i usually have some bleeding due to excesssive wiping
3- received a hand job after.

my concerns are i received something from the fact of what may have been on her finger prior to  my anal massage from aother clients (i.e their sperm,) or a cut on her finger, as well from biting my nipples.
i find myself itchy in several places.
i feel very nervous and cant get the though that i contracted something out of my mind.
what is your suggestion? am i at risk, what should i do
