i have a dry skin patches at the tip of my penis, it doesnt hurt nor itch, just dry. i feel no pain. i noticed this after having sex with my girlfriend without cleaning up severally and no condom. what do you think it might be. we are both faithful to each other.

Could be yeast or some other fungal infection, an allergic reaction to something. Get it checked to know for sure.
