assurance about azithromycin Metrodinazol and HIV test

Hi Doc,
I dont know if you remember me but I wrote to you about my incident at my China trip about two weeks ago.
I tested for Hepatitis B&C, PCR(for syphiis), HTLV and HIV about 10 days ago, It all came back negative which was about 13 weeks(88-89days) after the possible exposure which you described as highly safe exposure. (licking on clitoris for few seconds in 2 separate occasions)
Anyhow, maybe I'm being too paranoid but I was just wondering if me taking
3 tablets of azithromycin at one time & Metrodinazol 500mg (3 times a day for 3 days) couple of weeks (2 1/2 weeks) prior to the testing has anything to do with delay of anbody development for HIV or with the test result.  I also took some benedryl and air-borne.  Do any medication have effect on these tests?  Also I was wondering what they look for in PCR testing(HIV?)?
Am I home free and live now or more testing?

Those medications do not affect the results or reliability of HIV testing, or of tests for other STDs.  A 13 week negative HIV test is 100% assurance against infection, no matter what.  (It was 100% sure you didn't get infected from that exposure, even if you weren't tested. If your result had been positive, I would be 100% convinced you were infected some other time, not from performing cunnilingus in China or anywhere else.

Re your follow up question below, I don't know the cause of your uncomfortable urination, but it's not an STD.  Maybe anxiety.

I am so so sorry to ask one more question but I was wondering if I could possibly have NGU since I had my penis on top of her vagina for a while(not sure about the fluid)  Would the medicines I've taken cleared it up or any of the test have detected it?  Should I be tested for it or can I just let it go?  What are consequences if left untreaed?

I only have frequent urination and I feel like I have urine at the base of my penis all the time and my bladder feels full and sometimes tip of my penis gets tender but not during urination. somtimes after.
