auntiejessi - if I had protected sex than ?

Hello.

I am confused when you mention that if you have had unprotected oral sex than you may be risk for NGU. Well, how did I get an infection if my oral sex received was protected.

Let me explain the exact symptoms.

Exactly 2 days later, I felt Frequent Urge to Urinate & Felt pressure under the Pelvic Area  ( Around Bladder area )

Chlamydiae , Gonorrhea & Urine Test was Negative & Normal.

If all of those are Normal, than what did I get ???

In addition, was I at risk for HIV ? For example, Since I was exposed to unknown bacteria, HIV cells may of have attached it's self onto the unknown bacteria.

Is that possible ?

Let me know your thoughts..

Oh , bye the way , auntiejessi you doing a very good job in giving many people on the board advice. Keep up the good job...

You wouldn't get std symptoms the day after, so you can rule out any stds as a cause.  I'm going with the soap.

No, none of this increases your chances of HIV, and I'm not answering that again.

If your urine looked good, you didn't have NGU or a UTI at that time.  It might have been too soon to test, or you were just feeling irritation from the soap you used.

I have answered this same question over and over.  I won't again.

When i went into my doctors office , all he made me do was a Urine Test and he came back said Urine looks good and perfect.

Than without saying anything, he just wrote me a medicine.

How would of you have gotten tested for UTI ?

Would any of this increase my risk of HIV ?

Nope, anyone can get a UTI, and sex doesn't have to even be a factor.

Since you were never tested (were you?) you might not ever know what it was you had.

I don't get the fact that my friend did the same thing, he washed his penis with soap as well, and he never got NGU or whatever infection.

I can't say I got prostate infection, because it all started after the **, unless if your in a certain position which can activate the bacteria in prostate or something.

And if it was prostate it wouldn't have been cure to easy, I had prostate infection and it don't feel like I felt, it feels different and **** wouldn't go away that easy.

That sounds like a urinary tract infection then, not NGU.

Hello,

I did not have any of the symptoms listed on NGU.

    *  Discharge from the penis
    * Burning or pain when urinating (peeing)
    * Itching, irritation, or tenderness
    * Underwear stain

None of those... It never hurt, the only pain was burning in the pelvic area after urination, thigh burning, and frequent urination.

I had no discharged, No burning or pain when urination, or itching or none of those...

Well, if you got that soap inside your urethra, yes its possible that it caused irritation, and that's what caused your urinary symptoms.

I washed it with a Hand Soap that you find at the Red Robin Restaurant in the restroom.

Than went back to the hotel took a shower and washed it with normal soap.

I just placed the soap on tip of the penis and washed it with water all over.

Was that a risk ?

yes, I am looking at the link right now.

What did you wash your penis with?

And have you checked out the link I gave you?  It explains how you can get it without having sex.

Everyday I am thinking how and why me. All I did was walk into the place, took the girl, placed the condom ( rolled it down ) , got **, and rolled the condom outward up, Went to the bathroom Urinated... 1 and half hour later, went into a bathroom and washed my penis well .. That is it.

48 hours later, I was having symptoms of frequent urination, thigh burning ,and fullness around the pelvic area.

suggestion ?

You mention that NGU woudn't be the cause and it would of have picked up by the normal Urine Test, then how did I get the urination problem.

naturally Occurring NGU, from who ? From my own penis ?

I don't understand the fact that , took the condom off, went and washed my penis  with soap pretty good...I assume any bacteria may of have been dead.

Or can soap cause that ? I thought about this one, but I didn't think so because it took 48 hours for full symptoms to occur.

I should not worry about HIV at all ? Even If I used a soap ? Or I got Natural Occurring Bacteria from her mouth ?

HIV is not transmitted in the same ways that other things are, and you might have had a normal bacterial overgrowth that had nothing to do with sex.  2 days is really early to see symptoms from NGU anyway.  You might have had a naturally occurring NGU - not all NGUs are from sex.  I do believe I've given you this link, too - http://www.ashastd.org/learn/learn_ngu.cfm

Its unlikely you got anything from protected oral sex.

I have answered these questions from you, and I have also asked you to keep all your questions in one thread.

Correct, if indeed was NGU then the Urine Test would not be normal.  How else could a bacteria of have gotten into the Urinary Tract.

Does that not pose risk for HIV and Other STD ?

Normal bacteria that live in the mouth can cause NGU, however, I believe this is not as likely if you had protected sex.  AJ will be able to help you out with this better..
Good luck,
Em
