been sick with possible herpes for years

Hi Doc, you might remember me, please don't get annoyed i just wanna ask a quick Q.

after assessing my symptopms I'm conviced I have herpes, though what confuses me is that I have had these mild symptoms for more 5 years now. could it really be herpes? if so, how does herpes stay in the body before causing death? and what is the best diagnosis for herpes.

You don't have herpes.  You can't keep posting variations on the same question; only a limited number of new questions is permitted each day, and every unnecessary or duplicative one prevents someone from asking something.

just go get tested,  sounds like you are just avoiding a test,  trust me,  you will never feel at ease until you do get tested,  even if your results are positive,  you will probably still feel better than you do now about it.  At least you KNOW what the problem is and how to deal with it.
