black spot on HEAD of my pennis?

On the foreskin at the HEAD area there is this area of skin that is beginning and getting darker as time goes. This started like 6 months ago a small weird black spot on my head “penis”. My penis (the head) is pink but this dime-sized scar is black so it is completely noticeable. It is right on the head. I don’t know what happen for some weird reason. I was worried it could be an STD?
