yeah i went to the doctor the first time it happened years ago...freaked the doctor out...she didn't know what to do so she hit me with rocefine and a round of cephrizil
There is something called a varicocele, which is really just a varicose vein in the testicles, but I'm not sure if they can occur in other locations.
Have you ever talked to your doc about it?
