blood in semen

ok so about 2 weeks ago me and my g/f were fooling around and when i came there was blood in my semen i went to the doctor and he said doesn't think there is anything but just a minor infection . about a week has past not as much blood but it tinges my semen a little yellow with some red clumps . getting a little scared and im going for a phyical today just wondering if u guys kno if its an std or maybe just a realy bad yeast infection or something
