There is nothing in what you describe to suggest that this is herpes.  If you are concerned howevver, you should have a trained clinician take a look. EWH

Thank you for your answers. My symptoms have improved instead of a bruised meatus i would say i have an irratated meatus. At times it feels like having an eye lash in your eye. I have made sure not to manipulate the tip. Two new symptoms several very small flesh to white in color bumps on head close to meatus (i am circumsized) and a warm or burning feeling on both sides of groin (lymphnodes maybe). Can we safley say this is not herpes? I am hoping this is fungal I strarted appling lotrimin last night.

Welcome to the Forum. This is a difficult situation which I see as two questions which may, or may not, be related.  The first has to do with a possible traumatic injury to your urethral meatus during the encounter you have described.  The second has to do with your wife's illness.  I'll address them separately.

Vigorous sex, particularly oral sex can be traumatic to the urethra but when this occurs it typically would heal rather quickly- within a week or so.  Healing can be slowed if there is local inflammation or if the trauma continues.  Not sure of this is part of the explanation for your difficulties or not but it sounds as though things are beginning to get a bit better.  As long as the tingling/pinching continues to improve I would allow it to do so and try your best not to manipulate or examine yourself as such activities can lead to unintentional trauma and slow healing.

Your wife.  I suspect this is coincidental to your extramarital encounter.  It sounds like your wife may have acquired one of the community-acquired, non-STD viral illnesses which occur from time to time and that this is unrelated to your receipt of oral sex.  She may even have two unrelated things going on- the ruptured cyst (happened before, likely to happen again) and her viral illness/sore throat.

I hope this helps.  I would suggest that you each try to wait out your respective problems and anticipate that they will continue to get better.  If you feel your urethra is not getting better , you may wish for a urologist to take a look.  This is not an STD.  EWH
