bump on penis

i have a bump on the top of my penis
it isnt big its like a tiny pimple it doesnt hurt unless i try to fel and see what it is
it showed up about a week or 2 ago and i thought maybe it was a little pimple or somethign and i figured ide let it jsut go away
but it hasnt
like i said its not big its only red when i was seeing what it was
i was wondering if anyone had any sudgestions
their is only one no more and none have showed up except for it
should i be worried??

It could be a fungal infction, a wart, many things.  Its tough to say over the internet.

I would get it checked, though.
