bump on tongue, small amount of blood when defecating, lump in urethra....

i am a straight male who had protected sex with a female 4 weeks ago. slightly after, i got a lump at the base of my tongue, actually inside my throat, which still remains, and has been there for 3 weeks now. 2 weeks ago, we again had sex, but this time it was unprotected. i had a small amount of bleeding after defacting yesterday, but has since cleared up. it also feels like there is a lump in my urethra, which is somewhat painful when i squeeze.
what could the lump on the tongue, anal bleeding, and lump in urethra be symptoms of?
I am thinking about taking anti biotics to clear anything i may have contracted up. what kind of antibiotics should i take? is this safe? thanks!
