bumps on penis

So a few years ago I had unprotected sex and have been paranoid ever since. I have been tested, blood tested twice for accuracy time after the encounter. I tested negative for everything. But the thing is I have small skin colored bumps, some bigger than the other that I have had for years, I was told by the doctor that they are sebaceous glands. I have been researching and am afraid they could be genital warts. There are a ton and they are all over my penis. Also Ocassionally I get a little bump or two that look like zits they do not hurt or itch, and they go away in a day or two. I was also told by the doctor that they were zits. Could this be caused by sebaceous glands? also how do i know if infact these are sebaceous glands and not hpv warts? I have been to the doctor three times because of my worries, and each time I was told the same thing that they are not stds. Could this be wrong? I dont remember the last time I was able to get this off my mind and not worry. Can anyone help, im avoiding going to the doctor because I have been there a few times for the same thing and even they told me that i am paranoid.

its permenant.  they have options to get rid of them and you can use corticosteroids.  but honestly its not big deal.  google for some forums.  its is very very common.  like i said before everything what you're saying i've said plenty times before.  paranoia, self conscious, shame all those feelings.  is it herpes? is it warts?  no and no.  rest easy and don't worry about it. women don't care.  i know.

Thanks alot boondock. I go through stages of being self conscious and paranoid about them. After the third time i saw the doctor she even told me she thought I was being paranoid about this. Is there anyway to get rid of these? or will they eventually go away on their own?

those are sebaceous glands.  you've probably had them longer than you think just never noticed them.   i have them and i was paranoid as you.  all your symptoms are because of your sebaceous glands.  look up Fordyce Spots on the internet.  its very common.  reading your post was deja vu.

Listen to your Dr, if you are worried then see a different Dr for a 2nd opinion. Other then that I don't think we can be much help here since you have been seen by a Dr and diagnosed.
