you need to get seen and get proper testing done.
you also should be discussing this with your partner so that he can be covering things on his side too.
ok, my bumps are more like white ulcers and the skin around it is red. they look ALOT like some of the pictures of herpes i've seen but, i don't have symptoms like herpes and my sores are pretty much painless unless urine gets on one of the sores. vagisil soothes the itching and burning if there even is any. so my questions are... Do yeast infections or bacterial infections cause ulcers like that in some cases? And, if not does this sound like anything you have heard of? I appreciate any information.

I'm not sure if he has. And if he has been tested im not sure if it is recent. I havent told him what exactly is going on.
odds are this isn't herpes going on from what you've described.
has your partner been properly tested for std's or are you each other's firsts?
I do have unprotected sex with my new boyfriend. And I never had any symptoms like this. I'm not ruling out the possibility of herpes but I'm thinking it could be, maybe, the primary stage of syphilis. Like I said, I'm going to the hospital tomorrow, and i think thats the only way I can really find out what is wrong. Do you know any conditions that could be confused with herpes?
are you sexually active?
going to be seen and getting a proper exam is always the best course of action. get properly tested for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally. if you are sexually active and are having unprotected sex, cover your bases with proper std testing too.

I don't think i have herpes because they aren't blisters and they don't hurt. I used vagisil and it releived the burning/ichting. My mom bought me monistat and since i've used it I haven't been as itchy. But anyways the bumps are just on the outside. I'm planning on going to the hospital tomorrow.
Where are the bumps exactly, which area the inner or outer vagina?
Either way these could be associated with HSV, or could just be an irritation from something, your best bet would be to see your doctor. Not all HSV carriers present the virus in the same manner and there is no way to really tell you what this is.
If the bumps are on the inner of your vagina, they could be normal and irritate by something but again see your doctor for a diagnosis.
