Hi:

My question is about hpv warts.. I had one wart or pimple which was there for 10 years. then all of sudden skin on penis around that pimple started changing.. suddenly my forehead skin changed and pimpled popped up , it effecting my eye skin , then hands.. and all of the penis.. I also feel some pimples on my anus ..what is this? i got tested for hiv and stds.. all came negative. one portion of the penis right sid eof the shaft close to head its sore. skin is very flaky , cracky and very different..what is it ? im realy worried. thanks for the answer

I really can't tell very much from the symptoms you describe.  Warts are firm bumps, often with a rough or "cauliflower" appearance; pimples are pus-filled bumps, i.e. zits.  Cracking, flaky skin sounds different from either one.

Bottom line:  I haven't a clue what the problem is, and in any case I can't ever make a definite diagnosis from a written description--although it doesn't sound like any STD.  You'll need to see a health care provider, perhaps a dermatologist.

Good luck--  HHH, MD

Still doesn't sound like any STD.  See a health care provider.
