burning on and in penis

Let me state I am a 29 year old guy and I been facing this burning for over 6 months and it gotten worst. 4 months ago i got tested and they found i had urethra which was an infection in the lining to the bladder, i had burning and white discharge so they gave me arizormythin i don't know how to spell the medicine sorry.. But after 1 weeks of taking the medicine the symptoms cleared up and i knew i was good, so then i had sex with about 2 women at the same time then 2 weeks later the burning came back and i was afraid but the burning went away after couple days so i thought it was fine then i had sex with someone new and few weeks later the burn came on stronger and never went away.. but none of the women were burning to my knowledge.. I am afraid this is NGU or chlamydia.. I researched about it on webmd.com and i am confused now.. Please help... I need this burning to go away.. It burns when i ejaculate now, when i urinate, when i take showers, when i sit. There is pain in my lower stomach, burning in my anus, clear discharge, and itching on my penis. I'm afraid of getting tested again I am really scared :( My friend said it might be a swollen prostate gland.. but i don't know what to believe, please please help me.. :-/

you need to return for a proper work up again. since you've been having unprotected sex, you need to repeat your full std work up again too. you can get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea anytime after 1 week post encounter. syphilis anytime after 6. herpes and hiv after 3 months.

protect yourself and your future fertility by only having protected sex and oral sex unless you are aware of a partners std status.  Saves you a lot of worry, pain and money!

You need to see your Dr again for some testing. Being scared is not going to make whatever you have go away. Yes it could be a STD (but need to know if sex was protected or unprotected), or a prostate issues is also a possibility.

Was sex unprotected?
