burning sensation after urination not during

if u have protected sex with a condom but have unprotected oral sex performed on u, can u still be at risk for gonorrhea. If ur partner tested positive for the bacteria and u tested negative , but u took antibiotics (flagyl for another intestinal bacteria) can that give u a false negative even if u took it the day before the test. Having irritation on labia after urination and some burning sensation throughout the day even when not urinating. dr. says no bv, no trichcamonis, and no yeast, everything looks normal down there to the dr, but they still tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia, waiting for those results. dr. says it doesnt look like it but its diffrent in everyone. oh and the first test for was taking at a clinic notmy dr. and it was a urine test. my dr. took a swab. help im confused originally thought it was a yeast infection, because of antibiotics but dr. says that was negative.
