burning tongue after oral sex

After having oral sex (just oral for a short time )with a tran sexual three days ago, I sensed that  my lips get dry ,one they after i got a mild burning (like mild chilli) in my mouth, mainly noticeable on my top of tongue, gradually my lips and top of the tongue get better but the middle of tongue and my throat start mildly burning .it seems that it go forward little by little !  I keep examining my tongue and can see it became more white but there is no strange or specific white mark , could you please give me an advice? could it be related to any STD disease such as HIV or ...?

Your knowledge will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

I had oral sex and straight after my tongue touched her virgina my taste altered and taste is still altered years later it feels like after eating chilly and a smell is associated with white fluffy bacteria always coming over the tongue and the pimples I can feel all over the tongue but it's not seen when looked at... I have been to  several local doctors who don't know what it is... I have been to the dentist who also don't know what it is ?
I have had several blood tests and std checks which all came back with negative results... It seems like my condition is a new one that no doctor has answers for and I know it was contracted after oral sex but it's not an std or blood related medical condition ... The general doctors refer me to a dentist and then the dentist refers me back to the local doctor??? It's a depressing medical condition !
I had sex with another lady and she complained of the same condition after the doctors said no can catch it as its not contagious but it is !!!!!!!
I seek further medical examination and hopefully treatment for a tongue disorder that is not known in general terms of medicine knowledge ...
Please is there some one who can help with this burning tongue issue contracted after oral sex but it's not a registered std but could be a new one that is yet to be properly investigated and fielded as medical research  ?

I seek help please
Thank you

Hello

Your symptoms are coincidental that you happen to get them during these "dry, cold, windy" days   Drink more fluids.  If the problem persist see an orthodontist.

You were at zero risk for HIV from your exposure, so forget about that.
You were at a low risk for other STDs, so you can likewise forget about that.
