You are saying you gave oral for 5 seconds. That's pretty brief.  Giving oral does expose you to a slight risk of STD's but unless you have symptoms, you likely didn't contract one.  The std's that can pass from giving oral to a male are chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes and hpv.  But again, even if you had a long oral sex episode and he ejaculated, the risk is still small.  5 seconds worth?  Not really that much of a worry.  If you get symptoms, then test.  Otherwise, I'd not be worried.

Enough, I am not going to keep saying no for every 5-10 seconds you want to add. YOU DID NOT HAVE A RISK.

No specific time frame as to how long, but 2 seconds is not long enough.

Because kissing is not a STD risk and licking a penis for 2 seconds would not be enough time for any possible skin to skin STD to be transmitted.
