If I have oral HSV-1, and i have given it to my girlfriend through giving her oral sex, can i get gential HSV-1 from having sex with her, we are greatly concerned and confused; any advice or knowledge would be great. THANK YOU!

Your own hsv1 oral infection gives you significant protection against contracting hsv1 genitally later on. It's still best to err on the side of caution and avoid having sex with your gf whenever she might be having genital symptoms or has an obvious ob.  Yes you could contract hsv1 genitally but then you could win the powerball tonight too ;)  It really is almost those same type of odds.

No, you are highly immune to getting it anywhere else.  You were already infected orally.

I already have oral HSV-1 and she has tested positive for gential HSV-1, is it possible for me to contract gential HSV-1 from having sex with her?

because her doctor told her that she was still at risk of spreading it to me, because i only had hsv-1 oral.

If she isn't infected with oral HSV 1 already you can give it to her genitally, but it would still be HSV 1 & not 2. HSV 1 outbreaks are less frequent then HSV 2 so you probably aren't shedding the virus to often. But transmission is possible. However, ask your girlfriend if she has ever gotten a cold sore on her lip before. If so, she would be immune to get HSV 1 on any other part of her body, i.e. genitals.
