can she still have an STD?

Hi, my daughter was "sexually" molested when she was about 6 or 7 years old. She is 18 now and engaged to be married. She has NEVER had intercourse with anyone. She is totally "pure" she has never even kissed a boy or held hands for that matter. However, as I stated, she was molested by her cousin. The encounter consisted of him pulling down her panties and performing oral sex on her, that is it (that is terrible enough, by all means). She says that there was no semen contact or anything of that sort. She has told her fiance about what happened to her and he is worried for her. He said that he read that STD's can be transmitted with just skin to skin contact and through oral sex. The thing is, she was young and didn't even realize what was happening to her and she never performed any oral sex on the boy who was molesting her. What are the risks? Should she be tested?

The cousin was just about 11 or 12 at the time. The thing is, this boy had been molested himself at a very young age by his uncle.

How old was the cousin? I highly doubt that she would have gotten anything. It would have been a low risk for herpes and syphilis and if you tell me the age of the molester I can give you more assestment.
