canker sores and ulcers

I am a female and I had unprotected oral sex with a guy I believed to be clean,
but two to three weeks after the actions I found an ulcer on the inside of my gum I
used mouthwash n it seemed to heal up very well in two days. Now, two days
after I found the ulcer I discovered two, what looks like to be, cankers sores on the inside of my lip. I've
Had canker sores once before when I got a bad viral infection. But I read these are some signs of
STDs, do you think there's a possiblity of infection or I'm just over thinking this?

Probably over thinking it. Possible to get herpes, syphilis, gonorrhea but no symptoms really match up other then herpes, and chance is you had oral herpes...over 60% of the population does.

My doctor told me when I got the canker sores the first time I didn't have oral herps. My sickness brought then on.

did your Dr know by testing or just guessing?

No test he said they didn't look like herps and my boyfriend at the time was clean. He got tested after his girlfriend befote me.
