Hi docs i am 35yr male i do sex with sex worker before 117hr from now i found condom break after its over after few seconds i wash my penis with soap and apply dettol hand sanitizer on my penis and urinate again i wash my penis with soap and apply dettol hand sanitizer on my penis then i go for doctor he prescribe meTAB. Tenofovir 300mg and Emtricitabine 200MG after 5hr from inccident early morning i meet another doctor he prescribe me TAB. Atazanavir 300mg and Ritonavir 100mg i get it after 24hr. After that i traked sex worker for blood sample after 30hr from  inccident and tested for STD after a day i get her result that having HIV 1/2&P24 COMBO TEST INDEX VALUE 0.07,
HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS 1+2IgM SERUM  1.36, HERPES SIMPLEX 1+2 IgG SERUM 29.30,CHLAMYDIA TRACHMATIS POSITIVE, CHLAMYDIA PNEUMONAE POSITIVE. Sir what are my chances to get HIV AND HERPES and please advice me what i have to do with medicine all four above i am continous once a day orally and any prophylaxis for herpes i have no fever till now and no cuts and wound in my penis. Sex worker was georgian and i m indian. That was my first time to sex with another rather then my wife

Your post is difficult to follow. Please use punctuation in future posts.  As I understand it, you experienced a broken condom following sex with a commercial sex worker and, as a result doctors have prescribed anti-HIV therapy for you to prevent exposure.  

Since that time you have had your partner tested.  You do not provide the interpretation of the tests for HIV or herpes but, if these results are similar to the tests that we use here in the U.S., as I read the test results it appears that he tests for HIV were negative and the tests for HSV were positive.  As a result, there is little risk to you for HIV and you do not need to take preventative therapy for HIV.  The herpes test appears to be positive but that does not mean you will get herpes and in fact, your risk for getting herpes if exposed to an infected partner is far less than 1%.  You should confirm with the lab or doctor that these results are as I have indicated.

The blood tests for chlamydia are meaningless and in no way help you to know if you were exposed to chlamydia or not.

Minor itchng and non-continous iscomfort are not signs of herpes, they are signs of anxiety.

As I have said before, your blood tests are irrelevant- see earlier replies.

Sir I notice minor itching on my private parts and minor uncontinous thigh pain approx 4 time from the incident are the symtoms of HSV
Am I do right for lab test for knowing i have or not infection before incident

There is no kown benefit from washing your penis, voiding or applying han sanitizer after sex.  Yor partner tested negative or HIV after yourexposure.  Thusyour risk is close to zero.  How close is not something that can be calculated, certainly less than 1 in 1000 (which is the risk of your exposure if she had a positve HIVblod test).

     Sorry for my last post, i was in hurry. Can you please calculate HIV risk for me in figures. And after the incicdent, I wash my penis and penis tip with soap two time and apply Dettol hand sanitizer two times on both penis and penis tip, it also reduce risk of HIV and HSV.
