chlamydia

Hi, I am suffering from severe pelvis pain on my both hip joints from 4yrs, my all blood works comes normal, just went through laproscopy and doctor said there was lot of fluid inside and my liver was stuck to something. The sample has gone for culture, can it be chlamydia,  does anybody else gone through this, any suggestions?

Patience, patience. This is a nonprofessional community forum staffed only by volunteers. Nobody is on call 24/7. Several of the regulars try to answer new questions within 24 hours, but it can take longer, especially on weekends.

As a nonprofessional forum, you're likely to get much more accurate responses to such questions from your own doctor than you are here. Looking at your previous threads, presumably laparoscopy was done primarily to evaluate infertility, right? If so, I would think the findings in your pelvis (tubes, ovaries) would be most important.

To my knowledge chlamydia wouldn't cause hip joint problems for 4 years. As for the liver, ask your doctor whether you might have Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome, a kind of inflammation around the liver that can occur in women with chlamydial pelvic infection. But I doubt it can last 4 years. As I said above, these are issues to ask/discuss with your doctor.

Good luck!
