chlamydia reinfection

Ok so I got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and came back positive for chlamydia... I took zithromax and the doctor said after 7 days she's possitive it went away then my boyfriend took it as well... we had unprotected sex right after he took the medicine but he didn't ejaculate in me... my doctor said I had gotten it again cause it had been 3 weeks since I've taken the meds... we also had unprotected sex 4 days later which I think I passed it back to him... I then was prescribed the generic brand for zithromax (the 1 gram powder)... before taking this one me and my bf both have chlamydia again... I take it this time and 9 days later we had unprotected sex again but I was treated he wasn't... I had like 3 extra generic powder zithromax at home so after about 12 hours of having unprotected sex with my boyfriend I took another generic powder 1 gram dose... the question I have is if we had sex only 12 hours before I took the meds could the meds have cleared up the chlamydia that I had been reinfected with... seeing that it had only been 12 hours since I had been reinfected?

Also I was so stupid... after the second time of being treated I had protected sex but for some reason I thought his *** slipped into me from the condom because after we had sex he'd stay in me for about 3 minutes and he comes soft and I thought the *** seeped through into me so I thought I had it again that's why I had unprotected sex and he came in me and 12 hours later I took the medicine... but I shoulda checked with my doctor because he might not have reinfected me again and I could have just screwed it up by having unprotected sex with him... I'm hoping and praying that the meds work even though I took not too long after we had sex... also givin that I am 7 months pregnant =( I would hope the chlamydia clears before the baby comes here... he had taken the meds one day before I took it so hopefully we both get treated
