If I contracte chlymidia, and had sex with someone else a few days later, could I have given it to them?

Yes.

Well, I'm certainly no doctor, but: it is my understanding that once you have the bacteria in your body, it is transferable.  I have yet to read anything about incubation time before it can spread.

And logically, "a few days later" like you stated, gives the bacterium more time to spread, thus furthering this chance...

But then again, like the little blue box says- I'm no medic, ask your doctor
