chylmidia that will not go away.....

I was tested positive for chylamidia in March. I was treated with Zithromax. I had suffered side effects such as a yeast infection which led me to believe that the medicine was taking effect. I re-tested for the std and I found out the results were still positive after taking the treatment. I am very scared because what if this doesnt go away. And this is a free health clinic I go to...Should I go to my regular doctor. I am terrified my parents will find out even though I am 20 years old. My question is will the chylamidia ever get out of my system fully without damaging my reproductive system.

Did they treat you with zithromax the 2nd time too or something else?
