Don't be scared your going to live.
You were given a shot of penicillin.  Usually they recommend not to have sex during treatment ( apporx 7 days).  Sounds like anxiety is driving you nuts, please take a moment and back up, take a breather, and start moving on with your life.

I just wanted to remind you that your encounter (unprotected oral sex) was low for syphilis, chlamydia,  you need to stop worrying.

my concern is that i go to get tested and it will read negative and I will pass it to my spouse I went back to my dr today and begged him to give me something else because ive read cipro is uslles so he gave me a shot disselin (I think thats how you spell it) and 14 days of doxy will this clear up syphilis,c and g . I think this will work for the syphilis and clamedia but not sure of gonorrhea. Im sory about all the questions but I am so scared.

false positive means  -the test says you have it when you really don't.
false negative means -the test says you don't have it when you really do.

Antibiotics will effect your STD tests (bacterial STDs).

The antibiotics will effect the test so as to give -- false negative which means -the test says you don't have it when you really do.
Consider then if  for you, a test returns negative and you were antibiotics then, does that necessarily mean it's a "false negative" ?   No.  for some bacterial stds, the cripo will just have likely cured it and really your not infected anymore.

If your still confused, try not to worry your thoughts about all this false negative/false positive business.  The important thing is greating proper treatment.
