cold symptoms

I had a minor sore throat that went away after one day..i had a runny/stuffy nose for a week, with a cough, some muscle pain here and there. this lasted a week or so...then I was fine for a whole week. and then after a week of being fine I got sick again, with a runny/stuffy nose, and a cough. Is this anything i should be worried about. why would i get sick then get well than get sick again all in a month? I dont have any fever or night sweats.

I performed oral sex on a female that lasted a while, but thats about it. Is this related and should i be worried about anything serious?

now with my cough and runny/stuffy nose I developed chest pain, or a chest cold. Yesterday my chest hurt really bad in the evening and when I coughed It hurt even more. Today chest still hurts when I cough but that as bad as yesterday. What can all this be?
