confused and need help

i had unprotected oral sores with sex worker and i have devloped red spot on my penis head sometimes it itch and sometimes burns mildly or pains but very mild.... I have seen a doc he prescribed me some antifunus cream and its been 10 days since am applying this cream but the situation is still the same my doc said it will take 3 weeks to get ok... My queation is
1.Can oral sex caause yeast infection
2.it is the sign showing i might have hiv
3.does yeast infwction takes 3 weeks time to be cured...
4.can mastrubating cause yeast infection.

Lost of things cause yeast infections, and you might not ever know what caused it. Just keep using the cream, and if its not better, follow up with your doctor.
