contracting an STD

I recently had unprotected oral sex where I was on the receiving end of fellatio.  I know that there is a possibilty to get herpes this way, but I was wondering what is the possibilty that I could get other STD's this way?

unprotected oral sex is consider low risk but still risk. Herpes is less chance as the mouth is not the preferred place for HSV2 (HSV1 ie oral herpes is not a STD). Therefore chance of a genital herpes from receiving oral is very low.

What u probably will get is NGU.. while chlamydia and gonorrhea is possible but u shld chk on the doc's forum.. they mentioned many times its still low risk.

As for NGU, the most common STD to get from receiving oral, u will see the symptoms in few days if not  a week time. If u do burn when u urine, then see a doc for some pill to flash if off.. dont leave it uncured.

You can get genital herpes type 1 from oral sex if someone with oral hsv1 performs oral sex on you.
