could this be herpes

I noticed a very painful bump on my labia majora while taking a bath the other day. I had gotten a bump like this before. In my attempts to get a closer look at it with a mirror, I poped it and white puss came out, almost like the oil that can come out of your pores. I've had this before, and eventually the pain went away, however, I could still fill the bump and a mass under it. Could this be herpes or is there another explanation.

If u got a bump on ur labia, ur best bet is to get a blood test for herpes just to be on the safe side n find out for sure if you have it.
