crabs from erotic massage?

Hello, I had an erotic massage approximately 5 days ago. No sexual contact except for hand to genitals.  I woke up an hour ago and felt an itching in my underwear.  I searched candidate found what looks to be a crab. But it could also be a tiny piece of lint. I haven't had any other symptoms and I don't have much itching,  but just a little because I think I may be creating it in my mind. I hoping it is just due to the fact that I worked out and went straight to bed (gross I know but I was exhausted). Does anyone know what symptoms I should look for if this is indeed an infection?  I even feel itching on my legs but as I said it's really slight. Like a 1 on a scale 1 to 10.  I fear I may have either caught it from the sheets or from the massage ladies chest when she leaned down her chest came into contact with my genitals.  I also must say this was at a person's house from Craigslist.  No sex was offered to me but I suspect she may have been a sex worker. Please help and I've learned my lesson! Thanks!
