cracks and bumps on penis head

hello,
The head of my penis has lots of cracks and flat bumps on it. It is also dry and itchy at times.
It looks very beat up and feels rough when you slide your finger on it.
I've had this for quite a while now. I have looked at many std photos and have not found any photos that resemble the symptoms i have

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I am not circumcised
I have had protected sex

yes they are as well as signs of other infections and skin issues too.

Thank you for your quick reply i will be going soon for a diagnosis. I have small little red dots on the inside of my foreskin are these signs of a fungal infection??

odds are this isn't a std going on but a fungal infection. you'll need to be seen and get a proper exam to get a diagnosis and treatment.
