cuts and red spots/marks

about two months ago I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex with a lady friend of mine (the oral sex was intense and she sucked very hard. also, her vagina was unusually unlubricated) The next morning I looked at my penis and noticed about 3 red spots and 1 pale white spot on the brim of the head of my penis. This led me to just think that it was irritation and not really a big deal. over the next week or so i noticed two more red spots, but them being more noticeable than the ones i saw earlier. the spots dont hurt at all and can't be felt by touch... once again i disregarded my findings as unimportant. from then until about 2 weeks ago i probably masturbated around 2-3 times a week without noticing anything different at all. then about 2 weeks ago i noticed an array of cuts (probably around 8-10) just below my frenulum on the shaft of my penis after having protected sex with a different girl. the cuts were probably about half an inch long and all ran vertically up my penis (symetrically so to speak, all in line and in the same general area, leading me to blame irritation once again). they were sore to the touch and soap hurt a ton when it got on them. i stopped masturbating from then until the cuts had healed which was about 4-5 days. i still have the 5 red spots and the 1 pale white spot that i described earlier to this day. and now today i noticed what looks like a cut hidden under my frenulum which is making my frenulum very sore. the cut runs pretty much up my entire frenulum. So i've narrowed the problem to two possible culprits: the symptoms that i'm showing don't sound like an std but rather some kind of yeast infection. the yeast infection is drying up my penis and thus masturbation/sex is irritating my skin, causing it to tear open and then heal. any information would be very helpful and much appreciated. thanks in advance.

You would have to see a Dr. Bumps can be many things and no STD show symptoms the next day, so this does not sound STD related.
