Hi Doc.

I have a discoloring on the penis and this surounding the opening of the penis as a one piece and its color like dark brown. And there is no pain come out of it and it just like the skin of the penis with different color. This happen to me i think before 7 years and it didn't change since that time.

I got tested for Syphilis, Herpes and both came negative. Am really scared since i will marriage soon.

Please can you help me on this.

Any discoloration that persists unchanged for 7 years almost certainly is simply natural variation in pigment distribution in your skin, i.e. normal.  Definitely not an STD.  But if in doubt, see a dermatologist.

I make it a policy not to look at person's posted photos.  It comes too close to practicing medicine from a distance.  And as you can imagine, I am wary of downloading files from people I don't know.  See a health care provider in person.
