do i have an std

Okay I'm a lil embarrassed by this and I would like some help in knowing if I have an std or not before I go to the doctor
For a couple of months now I've been getting this pain in the right side of my shaft when I'm pleasing my self normaly when I use my saliva its a Sharp burning pain. When I use other lubricants there's virtually no pain. I have no burning dishcharge  or burning urination but I have noticed that my penis looks slighly differnt there are no leasions or fluid like sores but I've noticed small pimples. Through out the day everything feels fine no discomfort other than a tingle in my tip of  my head . So could anyone help me and tell me if this is serious enough to go see a doctor. BTW I also have ezema usually appears on my neck and in the folds of my arms .

saliva is a poor lube in general.  it's never the right choice for a lube whether for sex or masturbation.

you know when you use a sex lube you don't have pain so why not just always use it?  If you rubbed your hand over your arm for 20 minutes with just a little spit on your arm for lube - that would get sore too!!

nothing about this sounds std related. No std would only cause symptoms periodically during masturbation.

Doesn't sound like normal STD symptoms, however depending on your sexual history you may like to get a check up anyway to put your mind at rest.
