do i have an std?

ok ...im 16 years old and im going to be 17 now in august 27 .....back in july 6 i was in a cruise and i had what you would call a "sexual encounter" with this girl i met, she's from New York, we didnt have sex, but we made out, i rubbed her vagina with my hand and i also pleased her with my fingers, im sure you know what i mean, and she gave me a blowjob...since we didnt have sex i wasnt that worried, but now a few days ago a small skin irritation appeared close to my scrotum, i dont know how say where it is because i cant find the words but its not on the scrotum, and i dont have any sort of rash or irritation in my penis, it doesnt burn when i urinate nor when i ejaculate, i dont have sores in my mouth, i dont have any type of discharge from my penis -- its just that small rash/irritation that appeared suddenly. It didnt itch and it didnt hurt but today it started to hurt a bit, and im really concerned that i might have an std...but the thing is that the girl also made out with a person i know back at the cruise and i talked to that person and he doesnt seem to have any sypmtom or anything at all, so i dont know whats happening to me, but i want to know if i have an std or not....im really worried about having herpes but it doesnt match the pictures i saw at all ...id really appreciate your help...thanks

There is no need to type the same freaking thing twice.  Please read the posting tips at the top of the posting page.  In it, I explain that everyone who answers these questions does so on their own time, and we will get to your question in a reasonable amount of time.  There is also other valuable info in the first 2 threads on the top of the list.

In any case, from oral sex, you can get gonorrhea, syphilis, genital herpes type 1, and NGU.

Have you googled syphilis?  Its a possibility, though slim, that this is syphilis.

It sounds like a fungal infection to me, but again - only a doctor can make this determination.
