do i have chlamydia or gonorrhea?

hello
i had unprotected sex with a female like 12-13 days ago .she game me a protected oral but when i went inside her vagina the condom came off without me realizing it after we were done :(.i had sex with multiple women since (all protected oral and vaginal sex)
yesterday i had like sore testicles and went to the hospital(the pain comes and goes)
the doctor saw my penis and asked my if there was ny liquid coming off my urethra(answer no)and if i feel any pain in urethra (no)
i did a 'general' urine test and he said 'there are no signs of inflammation'.he said to proceed to other cultivation type urine test if the pain persisted.
as i type this i have pain in my testicles (mainly right and sometimes left) but now i feel it in the tip of my penis.idk what is going on i wonder
a)i suffer from chlamydia or gonnorhea
b)i am scared so i am imagining things
c)i had quite a lot of sex and masturbation lately and idk if my testicles got 'tired ' or something(is it even possible)?
