do i have herpes?

i have a small lump in my neck.&i dont know why? about three weeks ago was when it* took place, i did perform oral too but i have yet to see any signs for that. im realy confused and scared because we did not use a condom...i also have a bump on the lower part of my vagina but im not to shure if its from shaving.

both lumps should be looked at by your Doctor. The lump in your neck should not be STD related.Take care.
