do i have pubic lice or something?

my ******* (girl 13 years old)has been itching my and towards the bottom of it it is getting dark when i looked to see there were bumps like pimple shaped and some had white stuff on the top when i touched it some went on my hand like the way it would if you touched a booger. we were just learning about ST D's in class and it made me more nervous about if i had them. also when i pee i sort of have not a yellow put a really light or clearish yellow gooey stuff not cream cheese like gonorrhea but i tiny bit on my underwear. im realy scared and i don't want to ask or tell my mother even though she's a health teacher she takes things out of proportion. so do i have pubic lice or something else?

Its not pubic lice, but could be a yeast infection.  

Yeast isn't caused by sex, so maybe you can tell your mom this one.

If you've ever been sexually active, then you do need to be tested for stds.

Can you talk to the school nurse, or will she tell your mom?
