do i have some type of sexually transmitted disease?

i am an 18 year old male i have had many sexual partners and have yet to use a condom on any of them i have recently noticed tiny red bumps almost like rashes on the shaft of my penis there is no white pus or hair and seems to come back from time to time i am very worried that maybe this is a sexually transmitted disease can you tell me what this is?

No we can not tell you what it is. First you need to see a Dr, second you need to test for all STD's and third you NEED TO START USING CONDOMS EVERYTIME. If you don't then you will get a STD and maybe even HIV.
