dont know what it is

hello about a month or 2 ago i had unprotected oral, and then unprotected sex for about 2 minutes (oral was longer), the next morning i woke up with a bruise under my foreskin on the foreskin but i know no std would should up that quickly, so two weeks after im not sure if its my mind playing tricks but i got worried about stds and after the incident 2 weeks later im not sure cause i cant remember if it was like that before cause i never looked that closely but my glands in two flat patched they seemed darkish purple and red alternating, and sometimes had a random slight pain for a second then it would be gone, though i believe the anxiety is getting the best of me. this has lasted since two weeks after sept 11, to this day on and off, seems when i dont think about it theres nothing there. just worried this could be herpes although the girl it was with has told me that she has always had protected sex, only 3 or 4 males i think. any ideas on what i should do?

Yes go get tested for all. If your insurance alows its get tested every 6 months- a year while you are sexually active. It's also a good idea to get tested a week after you end a sexual relationship, exspecially before beginning a new one. Always use protection but condoms don't always work.

okay well do i just go in and ask to be tested for all of them?( would it make it unlikely if she has only had protected sex?)
i thought it might be thrush cause symptoms said it made red spotting on the penis and this has happend they appeared and disapeared within hours of me seeing them not raised at all.
thanks for your help much appreciated :)

it doesn't sound like an STD... but you did have a High risk by having unprotected sex, you need to get a full STD panel see below for the time line

Chlamydia, gonorrhea, Trick, NGU- 7 days post encounter
HSV- 3 months
HIV- 3 months
Syphilis- 6-8 weeks.

Make sure you get tested and please wear a condom

It does not sound like herpes. It sound like your anxiety.  However, it is possible to get all the STDs by having unprotected oral and intercourse.  You risk is low.  I would get tested for HIV in 3 months.  I am not trying to scare you, but there is always a chance. Always use condoms.
