dont know what to do?

i have discolouration on my penis and is a dark brown colour and is blochy. Also occured there is like a yellow head spot like what you would have on your face but is on my penis i dont know what to think or do as i dnt like the embarresment of going to the doctor???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? what do you think.

Dr's have seen it all and heard it all. I also have a couple of spots on my penis that is a brown color. I have had ot since before I started having sex and there is nothing wrong with me.
