dont know whether it is std or disturbed penis foreskin..plz help

I was having infection on penis head with some itching and inflamation on penis head after protected intercourse with prostitute. I used two flavoured condoms and two normal condoms. I had never used flavoured condoms before. I was treated with anti fungal tablets and cream for one and half months because itching was cleared but some inflamation remained for on penis head and some red spots were there for 1 week so doctor advised me to continue with the cream for untill everything goes away. Meanwhile i also have gone through hiv test and vdrl test both came back negative after 28 days from exposure. I had ask my doctor to check for other stds but he said  your problem is not related to stds. I had no discharge or sores but after 1 months and fifteen days my penis was cleared( although everything was cleared with in 2 to 3 weeks but my penis skin was peeled off so doctor advised me to keep applying the cream for some more time because my penis head feels a bit raw after peeling of the skin).  I just have one problem that is a bit swollen penis lips with slight pain while urinating and some two or three times in a day and it lasts for 25 to 40 seconds. But it is not going away completely my penis lips is bright red and swollen. Doctor is saying that this might be due to diluted urine although my urine culture and routine was negative. I am facing different problems of my penis foreskin within last 2 months. Although no discharge or sores. I am very much depressed that why everything is not becoming normal....sometimes i feel very negative. ....please give your opinion on my problem.....
