if doxycycline caused vomiting an hour after taking it, is it still in my system?
I would say yes because for it to cause stomach discomfort it would have to be ingested and the pill opened. Another thing doxy is given in 14 100mg doses so it can stay present in you system so your next does or your previous dose should handle your worries.
Probably, doxycycline is ingested pretty quickly, compared to Biaxin XL or something like that. However it's hard to say exactly.
