dry patch of skin on top of penis

i have this red patch in the middle part of my penis. Its not extreme.. just in like 2 spots. Its always red, no other color. Sometimes it has like hard dry skin on it but it doesnt bleed, no pus, no nothing. i'm a virgin and while being with girls i haven't really stuck my penis inside rather than just rub it on them. should i be worried? what can i get to heal the problem? i tried using some lotion and it seems to get rid of the dryness but the red patch still somewhat exists.

You do not have an std.  You have not had sex, nor does a red dry patch signify any std.  It sounds more like a skin condition like psoriasis.

i googled imaged the word and my condition looks nothing like psoriasis. i may have not explained it properly. my condition looks just like a patch of dry skin and its no where else on my body just on the middle top of my penis a few centimeters before the head. it is a bit discolored but not red, sorry about the misunderstanding. It's just in a lighter skin tone than the rest of my penis.

What you need to do is post on the dermatology board, or men's health.  This forum is for std information.  Sexually Transmitted Disease.  You are a virgin.  No sex = No std.  What you have going on is not even a symptom of any std known.  We cannot help you on this board, so please try one of the other forums I mentioned.
