enterococcus can cause this?

I have some red sports on my penis and I was absolutely sure it is candida ( because it had all the simptoms: bad smell, white discarghe, ichness etc)  and I made a penile swab, but the only result was enterococcus spp. Could this be the cause of my balanitis? or is it possible to have something else, that didn't come up at the lab.

well, since the doctor considered that this in the cause for my balanitis, I think it's a STD issue.
So my question is whether the enterococcus could have done this, or my swab test was contaminated.
