frenulum tongue bumps under my tongue

i had a sex with a prostitute young girl  and she was on period but she didn't say that until i asked her after we had sex i saw the blood and asked her why and she said its the final stage / day finishing part of her period
as i had a condom i had blood over it cleaned it took shower and tell her to go but the sex was literally for less than 1 minute as soon as i saw blood i stopped and told her to go

next day in the morning,  i had this bumps under my tongue

if sex didn't do it, do you think its the mushroom as the hotel was serving mushroom for breakfast and i heard mushroom can be dangerous to eat like the sushi if you don't know where its from and how its been cleaned ?

its over a month now my lumbs on both side of the frenulum under the floor of the mouth is still there, ofcourse i had days where i had no bumps but it keeps coming and going and for the past 40 days i had more than 35 days with bumps which are red not fire-red but red like the color of the floor of my mouth
i am very worried and don't know if its STD or mushroom or my salivary gland

called the girl and she said she is clean and healthy but i am sure she doesn't even know as she could have caught something just before the day she came to met who knwos as this sluts sleep with different met

i didnt kiss her or touch her vagina with my hands it was direct placing the condom and into her vagina and saw the blood and stopped and next morning i see this red bumps on both side of my frenulum under the roof

i went to doctor today and he said it could be salivary glands , didn't say anything about the sex or the period and hiring the girl but i just don't think its cause of that but need expert advise.
